The BodiTrak has plug-and-play capabilities, as the sensor information is stored within the mat thereby making it simple to use. The step-by-step wizard to input multiple client information, and save data, helps store clientèle information in an organised way. The BodiTrak mat is easy to clean and can be wiped down with an anti-bacterial agent.

BodiTrak Lite

The BodiTrak Lite as the name suggests is a simpler version of the BodiTrak system. It show real-time continuous effects of repositioning the client in relation to support surfaces. It allows the carer or healthcare professional to take snapshots of recordings and changes to peak pressure.

Alarming Function and Risk View:

This system showcases a risk view. The risk view is calulated by pressure times time. The longer the pressure in maintained on one spot or in one position, the more dangerous it becomes. The BodiTrak Lite alarms carers if the measure reaches a danger level where a person's position hasn't been changed for a long time.

Gradient View:

The greater damage to skin tissues comes from shear strain. Shear strain is where the cells in the skin and the blood capillaries are distorted by the effects of gravity on the seated person's backside, distorting the tissues. The greater the rate of change in pressures (the greater the gradiant) the more the shear strain. The gradiant view captures and highlights where these risks are occuring.
