AquaPhase Range

The AquaPhase Range is available in types - AQ3000s which are for smaller equipment, AQ4000s which are meant for bigger loads like beds, AQ4800s which cater for bariatric equipment.  

The AquaPhase Range uses an application of chemical disinfectant rather than the severe heat of thermal washers, which means less energy is used and the equipment is protected from damage caused by heat.

The AquaPhase ranges are efficient equipment washers that has the following universal features:

  • Stainless Steel Chamber that is robust and durable

  • Plug and Play installation 

  • Oscillating spray arms guarantee that water and chemicals are applied to every surface ensuring complete decontamination

  • Effective Wash, Rinse, and Disinfection cycles (appox.10-15 mins) means more equipment can be washed and processed in a day

  • LCD display shows status of the cycle being run

  • Automated chemical dosing system accurately repeats the dosing process, reducing staff time and costs

  • Heavy duty castor wheels help to reposition the machine from one place to another within a site

  • Clean water is used for rinse and disinfection phase avoiding risk of cross-contamination

If you have health & safety concerns with staff lifting heavy equipment, a ramp can be added onto the machine.

In addition, if you need to record or track data, a data and audit tracking package is available.

Other option extras: water softener, equipment rack, utility wash trays, water heater, and internal light.

Ramps are available in 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft.

Two pairs of ramps are recommended for pass-through models

Wheelchair rear wheel adjustment adapters are available for the AquaPhase 3000 model only. This is to enable effective washing of wheelchair wheels.

 

Installation and Support

CommunicationBefore placing the order for an AquaPhase, our sales and engineering team will perform a site and facilities survey to ensure your machine can be installed correctly.

Based on the site survey, an engineer will install the machine.

Our BES team will perform a full training for users and will provide training certificates on completion.

Once the machine is ordered, delivery lead time for the AquaPhase is approx. 8 weeks.

Maintenance Contracts

MaintenanceWe have a team of engineers across the UK to ensure that your machine is maintained and periodically serviced, and your staff are fully supported.

Maintenance contracts with BES will guarantee a high standard of service, extended warranty on the machine, any call outs, and/or micro-biological testing if needed.

Within the contract period an engineer will service the machine every 6 months, along with full support when needed.

As part of the contract BES will also provide training on a yearly basis.
